Return & refunds

Items purchased from jadduu can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this time, you may try on the product and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

If you decide to return the items, you must inform us by sending an email to info@jadduu.com. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing your return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. Money will be refunded in the original payment method (used at the time of purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be processed within 7 days. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
