Free return if not satisfied

Items purchased from jadduu may be returned within 14 days of
receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period you can try the product and review it as you would if you were buying something in a store
physical. The product must be in the same condition you received it in and must not be damaged in any way. 

If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by sending us an e-mail to the following address info@jadduu.com. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing your return
After we receive your return package, we will inspect the returned items and start
to process your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method (used when purchasing), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be made within 7 days. We will bear the shipping cost for the return.
