Shipping Tracking

Once your jadduu order has shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipping and tracking information in your order history. You will also receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING

We offer several shipping options for Products purchased on our site. You can choose the one that best suits your situation.

Standard Delivery

FREE service, delivery within 3 to 4 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Choose "Standard Delivery" when you confirm your order.

All orders placed with Standard Delivery are shipped the next business day.

Express Delivery

Fast delivery available, between 1 and 3 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Choose "Express Delivery" when confirming your order. Cost varies by country.

Orders placed with express delivery are shipped the next business day.

Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and delivery addresses have been confirmed.

Of course, we reserve the right to suspend any order that is suspected of being fraudulent.

Remarks:

Our goal is to deliver within the above-mentioned deadlines. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.

We are not able to change the delivery address of an order after it has been confirmed.

If no one is present at the delivery address indicated to receive the Products, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox.

Ownership and risk of loss of your Products passes to you when you take possession of them.

All Products are shipped from our warehouse in France.

Please note that any order placed on a specific country's website can only be delivered to that country.
